Numa Water is lightly crisp and smooth purified drinking water. Numa offers more than just hydration. It’s a tribute to the resilience, spirit, and stewardship of the Numa — the Northern Paiute people of the Great Basin. Every sip reflects a deep respect for the land and a celebration of our culture.

This Indigenous-owned venture is a collaboration between the Fort Bidwell Indian Community and Kuuk Water of Alaska, bringing sustainably sourced spring water to The People, the California market, and beyond.

The Gidutikad Band of Northern Paiutes, based in Fort Bidwell, is actively revitalizing its language, cultural traditions, and intergenerational knowledge. Rooted in their ancestral homelands, the tribe continues to foster a strong sense of identity, connection, and community strength.

Tucked into the northern reaches of Surprise Valley in far northeastern California—just miles from the Oregon and Nevada borders—Fort Bidwell lies on an unspoiled high plateau edged by the Warner Mountains. This remote, ecologically rich region is home to seasonal bird migrations, expansive sagebrush valleys, and crystal-clear mountain springs. Shaped by volcanic ridge lines and the enduring care of the Northern Paiute people, it remains one of California’s most quietly magnificent landscapes.
